So I'm currently planning an innawoods camping trip with some friends, everything is planned out except on where to go.
Anyone know any good locations within Ohio/Pennsylvania/Virginia? We want to stay for 3 days.
I really hate park campgrounds and am looking for a primitive camping experience.

Also, any people know if the Indiana Army Ammunition Plant is completely no-trespassing? Or are there some parts that you can go to?

Fucking moron, if you don't know where you are going and what the terrain/ conditions are, everything is not planned out. Stay in mummies backyard.

How the hell is everything planned if you don't even know where you're going

Do you want a backpacking experience, or somewhere you can drive to? Either way there's tons of places in and around the Appalachian National Park in VA.

your natural forests sound like the best option then. I am going later this year to Allegheny national forest in pa and going on a 4 day trip down the resivior by canoe
Plenty of cool stuff in GWNF. Look up three ridges, st Mary's wilderness, veach gap. There's plenty of others but that should give you a sense of what to expect. Primitive camping is allowed, although I believe they prefer you pitch your tent on an existing site rather than trampling a bunch of plants.
