Are there any out jobs that can actually be turned into a career and not just seasonal work
preferably one that involves little to no human interaction

Working for a federal or state agency, working in Academia, working for an environmental consulting firm.
All of them require human interaction in some form. I was going to apply for a permanent forestry job at an experimental forest that was pretty remote and the guy told me that they hosted people all the time. Researchers, students, work crews. I think it's hard to get away from folks, nobody is just going to pay you to fart around in the woods.
