I have a polar pod long(I'm 6'2" and there's space for me to stretch out inside)
I sweat like a fucker so I sleep on a pad with the top half open and my legs tucked in the bag. This is good down to like 35° then I close up the bag keep the hood open and open the bottom zipper.
Synthetic isn't bad for drying if you sweat a lot but definitely not as warm as down

at that pricepoint go down. or if you don't mind synthetic save some $$ and get a marmot trestles 15. they're always on sale somewhere. i got one for $70.
