i have been outside for about a week. And also I have a job. But today something happened and I was scared to go into the forest. But did it anyway overcome myself. Here is a picture from today's walk as proof that I did it.

I've gone weeks without seeing other people and then I go to the grocery store and start to get scared and freeze up around people. It's weird, but then I just bite my lower lip and push on and as soon as I'm outside everything is good again.
