There was a nice little clearing to post up for the night. I may use it as a backpacking site sometime soon.

Already had a little fire ring and everything. If I end up using the spot I'll likely spruce it up a little and make a better one for future hikers. Not really supposed to have a fire out there, but whatevs.

Nice overlook ledge. That big rock had some nice quarts formations on it in following pictures.

The PCT is certainly overrated. That's why they implemented the daily limit of passes given away.
The solo stove I don't understand... 2/4 of the hike is through CA, a tinderbox state. Solo stoves are pretty much your only option. The PCT will allow a fire permit, but you can't have one all the time, solo stoves are a necessary.
Getting shot? Doesn't even make sense.
