How do I stop being a neet and find a job that allows me to still go /out/ while not having finished high school?
>>
Construction labor or lawn mower
>>
Post some /out/ porn NOW!
>>
>>865004
What kind of construction work can I get?

>>865010
I will not post more pics of my sister, so piss off or stay thread related.
>>
>>865011
Literally just entry level laborer.
>>
also park ranger im pretty sure that doesnt require high school

or it shouldnt
>>
>>865013
Tell me straight, I am pretty fucked ain't I? Will just end probably working in some shit Detroit style factory I see.

>>865014
That would be a sweet gig but I doubt that you can enter without finishing high school.
>>
>>864999
>while not having finished high school?
Enjoy your life of low pay, long periods of unemployment, and struggling for basic needs.

Go back to school.

>>865014
Try again there beaner.

>>865016
You don't. No one is looking for high school dropouts.
>>
>>865019
>Go back to school
I'm 26 already m8.

>You don't. No one is looking for high school dropouts.
Eh, what do you think I have done until now? There's not that big amount of people that finished the high school willing to work in factories, so there's always plenty of that type of jobs.
>>
>>865024
>I'm 26 already m8.
Then you're just a loser and dropping out of school will be that loser label that follows you.

>>
>>865032
Seriously, what the hell are you going to do with your life when you dropped out of an education system that basically rubber stamps graduate?. You were too lazy to even show up. That's just pathetic. Enjoy your low wage dead end jobs that will get you nowhere.
>>
>>865031
What can I say, maybe you're right. Well at least professionally anyways because other than that I have a pretty comfy life. Have my own car, an house where to sleep, some bucks in the bank, I don't do drugs, drink or have any kind of criminal record so I guess could be worse.

As someone whos dropped out of highschool... Fuck you buddy. I got my GED (florida its a highschool equivalent) dropping out doesn't make you a loser. A loser is someone who judges people based off false predicted notions on how they should fly through their own lives.

OP clearly has depression. Nobody goes as long as he did without it. That being said. Op look for a therapist ASAP.
>>
>>865035
That dude wasn't even me. But yeah, during my high school times I spent my time going to the beach and sleeping instead of going to classes. The thing is, I'm not even complaining, that's all my fault, I'm just asking to see if there's any type of /out/ job that I can still do, not asking for your opinion about the rest of my life though.
>>
>>865045
>OP clearly has depression
Dude what the hell you're even worse than him with that assumption. I'm fine but was always lazy as fuck, still am.

And after leaving school I worked for 5years before the factory closing its doors, now I just get into the market again but I'm looking for something /out/ related even there's not much to look for.
Other than that my life is fine. Fucking hell.
>>
>>865051
Why so defensive? I helped defend you. And you act like a jackass towards me? Yeah you can use "im just lazy" defense. Sure thing buddy. Go see a fucking therapist. Nobody should be as hostile and vile as you are now without some deep seeded issues.

Or kys. Either one.
>>
>>865016
I get paid $12 an hour to almost zero physical labor in a factory

Modern factories are basically
>put item in / on machine
>push green button
>wait until it's done
>or press red button if something's wrong

It's not bad at all, 4 10 hour days leaves a 3 day weekend to do /out/ stuff
>>
>>865065
jesus mate, quit being a bitch

>>865048
>that dude wasn't even me
if there's even a bit of him left then maybe a touristy type beach job might be your style. Or try for the GED. I hate the beach.
>>
>>865065
Deap-seated, but seeded is nice, too.

Hmm, I just realized what kys means.
>>
>>865067
$12/hr. That's $24k/yr. That's pathetic.
>>
>>865045
Keep saying that quitter. No one brags about a GED.
>>
>>865019
I have a friend who taught himself how to code and got a high paying job before he graduated.
>>
>>865076
That's my job for "the man" to make sure I can sign for leases and pay taxes and whatnot.

The reason I do it is having 3 days off gives me a ton of freedom.

Overnight /out/ adventures, under-the-table jobs, trips to different states, you name it
>>
You can easily get a factory job through a temp agency. They hardly ever check education/experience as long as you pass a drug and background test. I was paid $13/hour at a plant. I got put "in the back" where there was just me, a guy I worked with, and then the operator running the machine. And a fork lift guy that came back every now and then putting pallets on the trailers at the loading bays. We fucked around all night. We would pack 26' long vinyl and they came out slow as shit. We had an empty can of snuff and we played some table football on the long ass table all night, betting cigarettes. Then the guy suddenly died. Had a blood clot. And they sent some guy back that was so lazy he couldn't even keep up with the shit. I told the Supervisor 3 times I don't get paid to train, but he'd still send him back every night. I quit and went back to the temp agency saying fuck that. I got a job driving box trucks delivering water. I'm 22 now and would like to get my CDL but don't know yet.
>>
>>865078
Nice middle school insult. At least I didn't reach my peak there like clearly you did.
>>
>>865065
Lol try harder, faggot.

>>865067
Yeah, factory jobs are kinda easy these days, I would like something outside even if payment is even shittier though.

>>865068
I doubt a resort or hotel would hire someone with such low education to work directly with tourists, I do speak more than one language, may be a good thing.

>>865084
Thanks for the info.
>>
>>865083
>The reason I do it is having 3 days off gives me a ton of freedom.

Four days at a shitty job earning less than $70/day after taxes. Do you have any money to do anything on those three days off, or, are you busy standing in line at the food pantry?
>>
>>865113
>less than $70/day after taxes
There's where you're wrong, combined state + federal leaves me with about $100/day

I get about $2k/month, $450 goes to rent and $500 to food + necessities. The rest goes to the /out/ fun fund.

I ski, mountain bike, and camp. Easy to do with $1000/month
>>
>>864999
i don't know a single company that validates high school completion
just lie
>>
>>865014
It actually is really hard to get without at least high school and they usually want someone with a bachelors/associate degree in forestry or a related field from what I've heard
>>
>>865142
I worked with two different dudes who did this, and yore right they never do. it'd be hilarious to lose a job because they checked into that, i'd honestly be proud
>>
>>865024
You can still go to school even at this age. At least work towards getting your GED (assuming you're in the US), and you can usually do this via community college or something similar. This will open you up to a lot more job options than a high school dropout. If you can, pursue a degree. You can get usually up to half your credits through community college and transfer to a public university (or a private one if you can afford it). Community college will at the very least be much cheaper than tuition to a university. You can also try finding a trade school that has /out/ related associate degrees, which will also be a two year program as opposed to four years. It will be quite a bit of work for you if you are also going to be supporting yourself, but if you really want an /out/ job that is more than just being a menial labor worker, you will need to bite the bullet unless you have mad connections.
>>
>>865098
>reach my peak

If you're still stuck with a stick and a rock in the marsh in the valley no shit you haven't "reached your peak"
>>
>>865136
Sounds fun to me, might want to think about a rainy day fund, but you're having more fun than me at 80k a year. (I fucked up real bad, don't get married)
>>
>>865221
I'm saving 15% into Vanguard, should stack up after a few years

I wouldn't mind having a qt hiking partner but marriage is definitely off the menu for me. Too much energy, money, and time that I'd like to use doing stuff a wife wouldn't approve of

Does your wife like /out/ at least?
>>

park ranger usually requires law enforcement trainign as well as fire fighting training.
the fire fighter training cert for this level of fire fighting is quick though, an 8 hour course and a fifteen hour course. atleast thats the requirements for a usajobs.gov position i found
>>
>>865395
Due to its diversity efforts the park service is only hiring minorities and females. It's only a 10 to 20 year hiatus though so get your training and certifications handy for when they open the window again.
>>
>>865414
This is 100 percent true, unless you have an in like family member works for government. Also I was just kicked out of a national park by a Australian woman ranger. They cannot find enough American women and minorities with enough experience so they h1b visa.
>>
>>864999
Garbage man. You have no room for upwards movement without education, but you'll make decent money. And you're outside all day. Albeit whether you like it or not and you're in neighborhoods/urban areas picking up trash, but outside nonetheless.
>>
>>865024
>get part time job
>become volunteer fire fighter
>get free training
>become seasonal firefighter for forestry service
>>
>drop out of highschool because no intention of going to uni
>do some temping, no requirements obviously
>get warehouse job, earning more than most everyone I know who finished highschool.
>apply for parks worker job, no experience or relevant skills, get hired anyways, 19 now
>only wish I'd stayed in school cause easiest time of life, glad I don't have a 30k loan to pay off tho

tl;dr: dropped out of hs, smoke weed erryday, got a more /out/ job than most of these uppity asshats

/g/ here, first time on this board. I'm starting a job on Monday that'll be the opposite of /out/. I used to go fishing with my dad a lot and I have that calling inside me to go outside and be surrounded by nature. Now that I think I'll spent the rest of my life working in a tight office I feel like I'm suffocating.
>>
>>864999
Find a database of arborists in your area. Cold call all of them asking if they have and positions open now, or in the near future for ground work. I did this and within 48 hours of picking up a phone, I was hired without any prior experience. I do tree service (tree pruning and removals mostly) and work outdoors all day everyday starting at $14/hour, and when we do work for the state, I make $53/hour (prevailing wage). My interview mostly consisted of "do you have a clean driving license? Can you drive a manual truck? When can you start?" This works best going into spring when work picks up. Nobody wants to work hard, especially outside in the elements. If you show a little initiative, you'll have no trouble getting into this field.
>>
>>864999
Find a job in some mountain town that has a community college
Study in /out/ related field, get a summer job in a fire watch tower, play video games in your watch tower
>>
>>865024
What have you been doing the past 10 years?
You definitely need to get your GED. Don't bother with classes, just take a practice test, see what you need to study, get a book on Amazon for $5, study for a month, and pass.
That right there will open up a lot of opportunities.

Here's your 2-year plan:
>Get GED
>Get literally any outdoor job you can (get your foot in the door)
>talk to people in various fields, figure out what you want and how to get there
>do what it takes.

This is America, fuckboi, you gotta earn it. Best of luck!
>>
>>864999
Op stop worrying about your future, you don't have one.

If I were you, I would strongly consider havind sex with your own sister.

I don't mean vaginal, that could lead to inbreeding as you are to uneducated to control your own reproductive system by using a simple prophylactic.

I mean anal sex. It will obviously be the high point of your otherwise pathetic life.

Give her a butt baby any feel good about yourself. It will help you shake off uour diagnosed depression.

And post pics on /hc/.

Right in the pooper, op!

I'm a street performer in Chicago. I do the tin man on one of the main shopping streets.

My costume is a silver spray painted suit and hat, with silver body paint on my hands, face, and neck, along with sunglasses.

I stand completely still atop a silver painted box like a statue until someone puts a tip in my bucket. When tipped, I do the robot and a bit of popping. I've been dacing/botting for awhile now and got some skill, so once I start, a crowd builds and I'll get more tips.

I make about $28 to $45 per hr, more in the summer, less in the fall and spring. I can only work about 5 hrs max before I have to stop from physical exhaustion.

This is the perfect job for a nomad, as all I need is a small amount of body paint, sunglasses, and a hidden mouth whistle (robot noises) and you can perform and make money anywhere. I can also work when I want and stop when I want, as the money is always there, and I can save, then stop and travel, save, then stop and travel, etc.

At first I was ready to call you a jester or clown (insult, not compliment).

But the wage is there!

I only make $34/hr, but with ot I'm over $70k this year and months to go. In fact, considering dumping mire into IRA to reduce taxable wages.

OTOH, you have no medical, benies or retirement. Plus, you live in a shithole.
>>

I got a carpentry skilled laborer job knowing nothing. Started at 14$/hr. In two years I've gotten three dollars in raises, get to be outdoors all the time except when trimming and I caught on quick fast. If you bust your ass, pay attention, and retain the knowledge you've learned you're doing better than half the people I've met in the trades.
>>
>>865024
Not necessarily. All the guys I work with were at one time fucking degenerates. They are all good people and would give you the shirt off their back if you asked. And they're damn good workers. Half of which didn't graduate high school.

Man I think I claimed around 12k last year on my 1040, 24k is a goal for me. And it's plenty to live alone comfortably, shit I travel & go /out/ pretty often as it is, if I had more money that would only increase. Stop being a materialistic asshat. It's honestly pretty telling that you're so far up your own ass you had to reply to that guy exclusively so you could shit on his salary
