Anon, I lived in south Florida for 3 years. I could live without summer for about a decade before I'd miss it.

For whatever reason, and it's a very unpopular opinion, but I'm not huge on autumn either. It's pretty, but something about it depresses me. I love winter and spring.

I'm in Georgia and I prefer the summers for almost everything but hunting. Until a few good freezing nights happen the woods are filled with giant web weaving spiders. I'm not a spider person and getting one on me while walking to the stand or tracking an animal ruins my whole day. Wintertime sucks bc it doesn't get cold enough to snow but at least it makes the deep woods accessible.

But it was 80 degrees last Christmas and I almost stepped on a rattlesnake sunning on Christmas Eve so who knows what global warming has in store for this winter

I used to live in Agoura right on the LA/Ventura county line. The weather was great at first but after a while I started wanting a thunderstorm or even just some clouds to break up the monotony. Think humans need a bit of novelty to be happy.
