Any divers here? Thinking about getting my c-card soon.
Any stories from the deep or advice for new divers?
Bumping once. Not a single one? Is there a better board for this?

1) Get a bud/old man to go diving every weekend even in shitty lakes if that's all you got.
2) Save your money. If you want to have any amount of experience or go any further, you need a couple 1000 easy. Sure you can skate by for a while on cheap shit but soon you will have to step it up if you want to go more than one trip a year.
3) DON'T STOP DIVING. Once you're out of the life it's hard getting back in. Other life shit comes up and you'll hang up your suit to dry once and it will forever collect dust. Serious. If you want to do dis for real, don't be a pussy and keep at it

What this anon said, my suit and boots have been collecting dust in the basement now for several years since I took a break....
I've really wanted to get into diving since
watching Amanchu.
. Is Atlanta a halfway decent place for diving, or should I just give up?

You can dive at the aquarium if you pay. Saw some people doing it and looked like it would be pretty cool. Follow yer dreams fellow Gawga Anon

Don't go out when you're ill.
Watched a guy vomit and choke on it and die at 80 feet.
