Kentucky is literally God tier country and nobody knows

There is a reason we have such a large amount of Medal of Honor winners from Kentucky and it is because those guys grew up running around in Kentucky woods with their friends. Makes you tough and smart.

Lake Tahoe, the ocean, a decent amount of other lakes in the sierras. There are plenty of places to swim if you don't live in Fresno, or are alright with a little cold ocean.
