What's the best backpack that can be had under 200$?
No metal framed packs please.
I'm sorry, this is not my native board and I have very little time to lurk.
I will delete this thread if I can get some solid recommendations.
Also willing to dole out /fit/ advice.

What are you doing with it?
What do you mean by metal framed? Many internal frame packs have metal reinforcement, while Molle rucks have a plastic external frame (molle rucks are also the worst bag you could imagine)

ILBE packs are decent and cheap.
