Anyone climbed Mt. Rainier? I'm going in August and I'm pretty exited.

I plan on climbing it in the next couple years
Doing the wonderland trail near the end of september, hoping I don't get rained out

I signed up for the Kautz route so we'll see how it is.

I went with RMI a few years ago. Some of the guides were kinda dicks, making fun of previous clients and pushing us to go much faster than was necessary. We reached the high camp at 2pm after 5 hours even when we had 6 hours of sun left. All we could do is sit around for that time while much more exhausted than we should have been.

Man, I'm going with RMI, too. But I paid over two grand so I'm really now going to be in the mood to take anyone's shit.

Hahaha paid 2 grand to fucking walk somewhere. What douchebags.

It's a seminar included along with glacial training so expeditions for Denali and Himalayan mountains will accept you. What's your deal?

I've been on the slopes doing an ultra basic beginner-of-all-beginners snow climbing course for one day. Didn't summit. It is fucking beautiful.
That's all I've got for you.

Some people are ok with paying $2000 for cars, computers, tattoos, etc. and others are ok with paying $2000 for experiences and opportunities. The two types of people can't successfully intermarry.
