I'm going to be in Belize. will this be a bad choice for hot and humid weather since it's polyester? it says "advanced evaporation" and "sun protection"
should i just get some very lightweight cotton or linen shirts?

It's not too bad, they're pretty comfy in hot and humid weather. I've got a bunch of REI shirts that are similar that I use for /out/ings and for my /out/ related job doing field work

Yeah you did good anon. No worries. They dry pretty fast and are lightweight and comfy

They vent really well and they're thin. Honestly sometimes it feels like I'm shirtless.

that's a relief, thanks

What shirts specifically?
I only own a husqvarna work shirt, a flannel and a thin hunting shirt, the hunting shirt is awesome when worn only by itself, so if you're in a hot and humid environment then i recommend only wearing your button up, perhaps with a thin undershirt

Their Sahara Tech line. A couple of years old at this point and still holding up.

I should also mention that they're the only ones that seem to fit me properly. Similar Columbia shirts always feel like I'm wearing my tent. I think PFG stands for professional fat guy.
