I follow the trails and take reasonable precautions because every time I go there's always at least one person who fucked up getting rolled down the mountain on a stretcher. 3 people have already died on my regular mountain this year (Baldy). I claimed that the chances of serious injuries are greater when you go off trail in a mountainous area like my own than they are going off trail in a flat wooded area like the kind the Swede was discussing because of the terrain and other reasons I listed, and for this y'all have just decided to call me a pussy.
