Don't eat the brain fluid, or spinal fluid, and you should be okay, if the liver has white specks on it. don't eat the liver, some people throw out the meat all together, up to you desu.
Just cook it and make sure its cooked and its all fine, I mean if it has maggots in it then throw it away but thats common sense.

Why would it have maggots if he's just shot it, anon is not going to be eating carrion.
OP,
- Wash your hands well
- Cook the meat thoroughly to avoid Tularemia
- Don't eat the offal

This is the best time of the year to not get one filled with parasites. Winter thins the herd of the sick ones.
Are they famous for the parasites or something?
