Buy it, it's only $5. Other listings I'm seeing online are for between $25 and $40. As others have pointed out you can't get a tarp for that. Even if it's not in the greatest shape, you've got all that material to do other things/experiment with, like making ponchos. You might get other things that you can use (stakes, guy lines, rain fly, extra material. This is the cheapest and best gamble in the world.
