Staying warm in my ground blind, watching the snow bend the grass and weeds. Hand warmers are toasty in my carhartt gloves.

I wish I could learn to love cold weather. I start to feel so claustrophobic and cooped up when a cold snap goes on for too long. I also hate having to wear layers to go running outside.

I am so fucking jealous of these winter comfy threads. What I wouldn't give to live in a cosy house with a fireplace enjoying the winter wonderland outside with a cool dog and my wife. Walking about with comfy jumpers on.

Instead, here in Australia, it was all about sweating my balls off all day in the heat blinded by sunshine followed by an evening of epic thunderstorms.

Fuck summer. Fuck the tropics. Fuck I just want to be comfy instead of sweaty.

Cumpfy general? I camped this weekend, it didn't snow but there was freezing rain in the morning which gave way to rain as the sun came up. It was raw and horrible, but I was comfy as fuck in my hammock. Wrapped top and bottom with fitted tarps, plus underquilt. I stayed completely dry and oh so warm.

I wish I had taken a picture of inside the hammock; cocooned in warm fleece, with small rain pools visible on top of the tarp. Comfy af senpai <3

I don't if this is the right place to ask but do you guys have any tips and ideas on buying super warm and comfy winter clothes? I finally figured out last year that comfy clothing is an xmas gift my parents really appreciate.
