Wood ash and animal fat make soap. Soap can be used for hair/skin/utensils/etc. For teeth, use charcoal. Deodorant you make with coconut oil/shea butter, cornstarch/arrowroot powder, essential oil of your choice, and baking soda. Making your own essential oils is piss easy, I myself like roses. Assuming you can't/won't make deodorant that way, you could just slap some essential oils on your stankables or not give a fuck and void it.

Make baking soda wet and rub on your skin and its an instant deoderant. Brush your teeth with baking soda. Mushing baking soda with water works as shampoo. And you can guess it... it works as soap too.

A block of alum is deoderant too if you make it wet. Its sold at ridiculious prices by companies like salt of the earth. It can be had super cheap at your local barber or online. Also it can be used to stop bleeding on small wounds or after shaving as it acts as a astringent.

I usually take baking soda and a small block of alum with me. As the poster above said, charcoal works wonders too. Also mint leaves can be chewed on for some freshness.

If you're lazy like me, there are brands like Toms that make decent toothpaste and deodorant that contain way better ingredients and have politics you might be more agreeable to.

Yes but it destroy your enamel if you use only baking soda. Use it 2-3 time a month.
If you want to white your teeth, use curcuma instead. You might freak out because your teeth will become yellow but after brushing they will be white.
