Where do you live? Books on foraging will depend heavily on where you are. Plants that grow in the midwest will be very different from the southwest, for example. But either way, for foraging, I recommend having more than one guide, as oftentimes, some books will have slightly different (or even occasionally conflicting) information on different plants, so it's good to have more than one source so you can fill in holes in your knowledge. I live in the northern midwest and two that I use are Peterson's Edible Wild Plants: Eastern/Central North America as well as Nature's Garden by Samuel Thayer. The Peterson's guide is nice because it has a lot of entries, but Thayer's book is nice because, despite having less plants in it, it goes very in depth on use and gathering techniques, as well as good foraging practices for each one. However, I assume from your picture that you don't live in the midwest.
As far as shelter building and camp craft, books by Daniel S. Beard are pretty nice, but since they were written in the early 20th century designed for boy scouts, they can be a kind of dated compared to modern outdoorsman practices and cultural attitudes. But there is still some tasty info there, if you can read them discerningly.
