I agree that it looks like a brown recluse bite. Webmd says you can treat it with anti bacterial cream and only 10% of causes become serve enough to require the care of a physician. Survival blog says you can treat it using activated carbon to draw of the bacteria...anyways I am not a doctor, but you should probably definitely do something...if you leave it alone, you are probably going to regret it greatly.

OP, don't freak out, but the slight yellow discoloration of the skin is the earliest stage of necrosis. Get to a hospital and make sure they remove the infected tissue and get you antibiotics.
