Anyone ever take hikes on their local power line paths? You know like the big ones that clear a huge line through most cities? I have one near my house and it's great for wild flowers. It's annoying though because most of them say no trespassing.

No because all of ours are fenced and patrolled.
Thanks Mexican stealth-pot farmers!

Just bring a hardhat, an orange safety vest, a clip board, and a shirt that reads "linemen" on the back (shirt is optional and probably overkill). No one will bother you in a negative way.
>walk under powerline once
>that fucking sound
>that fucking feeling when you're under it
never again, could barely spend about 30 seconds under it, how the hell do you manage it?
someone built a corral across the right of way and put horses in it. isn't that illegal? but funny.

It's not your right of way you commie faggot
>>1034569
>isn't that illegal
It depends on the right-of-way agreement. If it has gates on each side it may be fine. "Legal" in this regard has to do with the utility company's contract for the right-of-way. In the USA, utilities are corporate owned, not government owned.

All the time, man! I have one such path across my land. I also found a couple while I was in school.
