I don't know what world you live in but you can live comfortably off 60k. I make 30 with some fringe benefits. I own a house that's paid off a 2015 corrola for the woman a 05 xterra and 2007 Chevy 3500. It's not hard to live off 30k and up if your not Fucking stupid. But a cheap house to start with and hemorrhage money into to pay off quick. Than snowball all other debts until your set and just have to pay utilities and the rest is for you to do what you want with.
