If you twist and tape you are an inferior human being. This is an irrefutable fact.

Looks pretty degenerate, m8.

No need for the racism, friend.

Thanks, I'm actually looking to start making short looms for my car for fun. Thinking about making some of them like PC cables with the nice wire sleeves. Also doing the same for my PC but with long routing to make it look like server wiring.

+1 for just twisting and heat shrinking. easy and nice looking

I always solder simply becuase on German cars they give the smallest amount of wiring length as needed to make shit work, so if you have to pull that shit back apart at some point, it wont just up and come loose by simply being stretched.

it's not like soldering adds time, you dab the tip into solder wire until it blobs up on the tip, splat that shit on the wire and spread it out a bit so it'll shrink wrap cleanly, and done, literally the hardest part is digging out the extension cable and not having a $10 walmart 25w soldering iron

Who do you think took the picture, nigger?
As a non-practicing electrician, fuck any cunt that uses twist-ons or splice-clamps.
And fuck any 'sparky' that runs an RCD mains but passes it through to the next room after wiring it incorrectly.
I would walk away from the pic in OP.
