The WA meet group had a crown vic with the push bumper. At one meet, we also drove through a small town that was selling two ex-police crown vics. Of note was that the the window bars were still installed for the rear compartment. I drove by too fast and there was traffic on the road, but it seemed the small town was selling them off with minimal expense spent in making them "normal" again.
