Or you can use CRC intake valve cleaner made for cleaning the intake port valve of GDI engines. Spraying seafoam on the intake valve is riskier proposition if you wet the MAF sensor.

I do not, no.

However, I do spray a can of seafoam and then italian tune steam clean it every few years along with a thing of injector cleaner on my last tank before the yearly oil change. Can't hurt.

Also one time I inherited a 15 year old NA car and it actually registered +4HP on the butt dyno and ran smoother after said treatment. Even better than replacing the plug wires that looked like chain lighting at night.
