Can a normal functioning adult be too retarded to drive a car? I've had almost 100 hours of practice and i still cant fucking drive properly. Im slow at making decisions and even such simple thing as turning left while there are still cars on the way can take me forever, waiting for road to become completely free.

Not a normal functioning adult, no.
don't be so insecure
Depends on what you consider "driving a car" to be
Tons of people cannot "drive" at all, yet they drive every single day, if that makes any sense to you

By definition, if you're unable to operate a car, you are not a normal functioning adult.

The road's never gonna be completely free though, you need to judge a gap and go for it.
