here you can see one offering on clio on one shop, price up to 5000, year since 2005
with cheapest ones, saving compared to the first honda jazz in my list would be 400€

Even used cars from Germany have had the odometer tampered with, unless you have the full service history and are buying from a first owner you can't be sure of the real mileage.
The Jazz isn't at 150 000km for sure, this is eastern Europe we're talking about. The Focus is probably even more tampered with considering it's a diesel, nobody buys diesel to do low mileage in it.
Civics attract shitheads so the Jazz from the first owner sounds the best out of the cars you listed here.

If it's the first and only owner probably. Buying a used car is a gamble either way.
Don't know about Slovakia but over here 3/5 cars are from Italy, and the Italians don't like to change the oil or maintain their cars at all, they've all been in minor parking lot accidents, but they're at least rust free.
You may buy something that's still got a lot of life in it or a complete turd that keeps developing new problems until you sink a lot of money into it.
