what are all of the fees you have to pay when buying a used car from a dealer?

and do you just pay car price + random dealer fees,, get title and have to go to secretary of state to get it titled? i know that's a dumb question but i've never bought from dealer

(question is for my aunt who doesn't trust private sellers)

You don't pay any of that shit. Walk in with 80-90% of the sticker price in cash, slam it on the table, and point to the car you want, no questions asked. They'll pay for all that extra bullshit themselves.
