So why aren't compressed cars a trend? I mean basically they put out air from the tanks and the thrust from it will allow them to move.
And compressed tanks fill up quicker too. Right?
Could you imagine how tiny the range on those would be?

compressed air means easy explosion
also shit power density
also compressed air moving a turbine moving the wheels would be better
This is the mechanism of a children's toy.
It's not a viable means of transportation.

>compressed air energy density at 200atm: 0.1 MJ/l
>gasoline energy density: 35.7 MJ/l
enjoy your 300 times larger and much heavier (to holt the high pressure) fuel tank
>>17821551
because the energy density of a tank full of compressed air is close to 0 compared to gasoline or cng

It did find some uses though.

Thrust is a ridiculously inefficient way of locomotion. Planes can't halp it but use it, however for ground vehicles pushing through air isn't a viable option, no wander you don't see wind powered cars.
This is like, someone thinking a fire extinguisher on a computer chair is effective means of transportation

>you don't see wind powered cars
Wind-powered iceboats can reach 100+ mph, so it's not entirely merit-less.

well at the very least that's a fun way of getting around, OP's design is both boring and wildly impractical
