my cousin is in Van and his Previa has been in the family for over 20 years
cars in van aren't that bad unless they are parked real close to the coast
You could import a good one but with the amount of bad drivers in Van don't

If you want a fun minivan though, there are better options.
The Mazda 5 for instance has complete interchangeability with Mazda 3 and Mazdaspeed3 parts. The Mazdaspeed3 engine is even a drop in swap, and you can get the 5 with a manual transmission.

Or you could find an old 4 cylinder Dodge Caravan.
1987-1990 models were available with a rare optional 2.5L SOHC 8V turbo that doesn't take much to push over 300 HP. Newer Caravans with the 2.4L I4 can swap in the 2.4L Turbo from an SRT4 or PT Cruiser GT with little difficulty.
