20 years ago today, the world's greatest touge battle went down. Fiat Uno Vs Mercedes 190E, on Pont de l'Alma, France. It was a touge battle so intense, it LITERALLY ended touge racing altogether, as it resulted in the death of the occupants in the Mercedes. Allegedly, the Fiat driver was the inspiration for Shingo in Initial D, as they both used similar tactics.

Not OP but the render is from a Discovery Channel documentary reconstructing the crash and the circumstances surrounding it.
Since it was U.S based, the team resorted to a Festiva for the test since the Fiats where unreachable and the Festiva kind-of matched the weight and dimension of the Uno.
