Thinking of buying Lexus IS250 as my second car coming from 2007 Mazda 3 which is now a piece of rust.
Anyone had a Lexus? What were your impressions?

Currently own a 2007 is. It's been pretty reliable and holds up to all the dumb shit I do with it. Parts and maintenance are pretty cheap and the car is well built. Get a 350 if possible, the 250 is anemic in comparison to other cars in the same segment, especially considering they haven't updated the engine in years.

This is relevant to my interest
Also I remember something about melting dashboards, so maybe google for that issue
Friend thinks his is fast. I think its a nice car but it is not fast. Not quick either. And if money is tight, a V6 Accord would be a smarter purchase. 3.5L V6s dont mess around. People think Lexuses are powerhouses or something and it drives me nuts

Why would you want a fwd car when you can get a rwd one? Who cares about v6
