The only sporty car I can think of that Lincoln ever made was the LS, and that was a shit car.
The rest of their stuff since the 80s has been boring, dreary suburban driving appliances, even their "exciting" Navigator and Town Car.

Looks like the base E weighs like 700 pounds less than the base Continental. It's a little lame to see I4s in Es, but I think that's probably the trend. That's not a bad amount of power to get out of an I4 though--my W210 3.2 I6 only manages to put out like 221.
