Can I run my AC output hoses into my car's intake for the ultimate CAI?

idiot

Say you have a mini-fridge. you set that up so the cold air is going into the intake.
Will that work?
>>17771882
The intake air will be cooler, yes.
I counter the question with another questiin...
Would the horsepower gain from the cold dense air offset the parasitic powerloss from the air conditioner pully?
What was the question?

The Dodge Demon uses the AC to cool the intercooler, so it isn't that much of a shit move actually
>>17771882
No.
You'd need a big ass cooling circuit to keep the cooling effect up at the airflows that occur at an engine intake. That cooling circuit has to be powered by the engine itself so you gain a little power for a lot of drain.

It's amazing how good Chrysler engineers are at making performance cars away from bean counters. But the second their accountants get involved in cost cutting it just completely fucks their work over.
>>17771862
Yes if your car uses carburator. Make sure you attach the hose AFTER the carburator for maximum cold air.

The new Challenger Demon actually does something like this.
Y'all faggots should look it up
>>17771907
Intercooler or after cooler?
Get a wielder tank of pure O2 and have that feed into the engine after the intercooler

>Not using propane

This is true for most engineers. A lot of shitty design choices are made by managers and exec
See Apple removing the headphone jack. No engineer with a full set of chromosomes would think it's a good decision.

>not running the engine on gunpowder
You'll never make it.
