I've got a beautiful 2003 Grand Cherokee that has had issues with its key as of late and I am about to replace it.
I think this guy is strong-arming me and im not sure how much I really should be charged for a new key to the vehicle (including the long distance electronic lock).
He wants about 240$. Is this fair?
Sounds good, Good luck OP, Grand Cherokees from that time period are fucking loaded with problems both electrical and mechanical. The A/C In mine took a shit, which basically fucked with everything. The turn signals, Brake lights, Reverse lights. Too get everything required took 1,100. The oil pan leaks like a SR-71. Had to replace the front shocks and turn signal module. The A/C problem is gonna cost an arm. But other than that, The 2003 Grand Cherokee is one bad mother fucker once it's up and running. Can go anywhere and everywhere. Would recommend.

Wonderful yes ive replaced the ac on mine as well. But my original question is, is 240 a decent price for a new key?
