Bad relay(s).

The fuses?
I haven't thought about that being an issue...

start checking wiring and cleaning grounds. if its a Ford or Nissan, might have gotten a fucked reman alternator. when i worked in a shop over half the reman alternators for Nissans and Fords we got from fucking Napa were bad right out of the box
get a voltmeter and throw it on your battery, should be 13.9-14.4ish volts. otherwise you got a fucked alt or wiring issues
loose battery terminal

Start pulling fuses till the problem goes away. When it does, you've found where the drain is.

if he had a drain the battery would be dead after the car sits, drain doesnt matter when the cars running since the alternator is charging the battery. drain with a running engine is no different than charging your phone or having headlights on

Reman alternators can fail instantly sometimes
also check all your main battery/alternator/startor/solenoid connections
check your battery connections and ground straps
