/g/ fag here, I think the easiest way to do that would be with an arduino (programmable micro controller), they are really cheap, got mine for $3, you would also need some cables a g force sensor, arduino sd card reader. You would just need to write some code so if arduino detects certain input from the sensor it plays the sound file from the sd card, and you would also need to somehow hook it up to your audio system. Arduino is well documented and you can search for how to play audio using arduino and basics of arduino programming. Also if you buy a g force sensor it should either come with a data sheet or it should be easily searchable using it's model name.
