source: Took a vacation somewhere nice and took a buttfuck ton of photos that only eat up space on my phone just make me go meh when look at them.

I learned that --like with spending money-- instead of going "I have a camera/money and I'm at a nice place, what should I take pictures of/buy?"
Instead, live and go about your business regularly until you get that "Oh shit, I need to photograph/buy this." moment

Otherwise, you'll just waste time/money/storage space on garbage you don't need.

I rarely take pics, but at my local meet I've been taking more pics lately. Buddy of mine just had a kid so he doesn't get out as often as he used to. So I try to capture stuff I think he'd like.

Tbh I just miss going with him to C&C. Less fun by myself.
