I've got an '08 forester with leaky headgaskets(big surprise). It doesnt overheat and theres no gunk on the oil cap, but the coolant in the resevoir is murky as shit and i lose a few ounces every month or two. My question is how long can I let it ride without fucking something up?

I don't think there is any exact answer to how long this car can last until it completely break down.

1/ Change oil and coolant. It can help for a while.

2/ Change this head gasket.

You should really change the gaskets. Look on NASIOC or whatever for the best gaskets and get ARP studs.
