Just bought my first car. Got this for 3.5k. A 1993 Toyota Celica. Advice from anyone who's owned a Celica in the past ? The reliability of this car should be good right? I live in Minnesota and when school starts for me here my car is gonna be outside in a dorm parking lot for about 9 months of the year. Also any advice on taking car of the car and making sure nothing goes to shit during the winter?

Nice little car, did it have any service records? How many miles

It was well taken care of and the title is clean. It has around 150,000 miles on it. The only thing I need to do is replace the grille and get new tires rn

Those look like wheels from a SW20. Did everything sporty that Toyota made at that time use them?

Make sure it's not due for timing belt/chain. Good idea to take it to shop to inspect it. Those cars last forever when maintained, don't skimp out on this car's maintenance with oil changes and such

Do they salt the roads in littlesalty? If so, that car is going to rust out from under you.

They salt the hell out of them in the winter. I'll be living 5 minutes away from downtown Minneapolis. Would a car wash every week keep this from happening?

If you find a carwash with an undercarriage spray, it might help. maybe.

3.5k? Jesus anon

Something wrong with that? I tried to haggle down for 3k. Anyways I saved 4k for a car, so I still have a bit to pocket. It's my first and it's in great condition.

I'm looking to get a 90-95 Celica, what's a good price for one that doesn't have any problems, and are there any noticable issues with them?

It's cool and all, but you could have gotten a car ten years newer for that money.
