Thats a fantastic deal, the non twin turbo 300zx is very reliable and will last you many years if you treat it well. 10, 000 original miles? If i were you id be all over it.

Yeah, absolutely. I had a '91 and it was one of the best cars i've owned. They're a lot of fun to drive
It's neat that it has such low mileage. You would still need to change the timing belt, cam and front main seal, and valve cover seals. It'll very likely need new fuel injectors soon as well unless it's been started on a regular basis with fresh ethanol-free gasoline.
The 2+2 NA can still be fun, like you said.
