It takes 15 minutes to change a set of plugs. Stick them in and see if they run alright. If not, just put the old ones back.
Remember to use a torque wrench.

Wouldn't do it there probably a colder plug made for high comprrssion just look up your Manuel and use the recommended plug or just look up the plugs heat range and match it with a brand you like
You could foul the plug and maybe even lose some power if you use something too cold
