Just baught a stock cb750.
How much will it cost to turn it from a gay stock bike into a cafe racer of chopper like the cb750 in pic?

Go on eBay and buy a kit if you don't know anything about fabrication

I said 'or'.

do it and you will instantly delete 1/2 of its value no matter what you put into it, and remove all chance of appreciation.

If you wanna go cafe bike, you could just throw on a set of clubmans and switch the turn signals and taillights to smaller units for a mild build. I would also recommend combining the low bars with rearsets to make the riding position feel more sporty and natural. Its relatively cheap to do, and you can always keep the stock parts to easily bring it back to stock form.
As far as a chopper goes, you could hardtail it yourself. I would recommend putting bars in where the stock dual shocks were and driving it around a couple of times before committing. My uncle builds bikes too and runs hardtails. Thats the advice he gave me before I cut into a shitted out kz400. Glad I did it before committing, It rode like shit, lol.

A few grand. Go to real chopper forums or cafe forums and vintage Honda forums. This isn't one.
Be warned they make poor cafe bikes (unless you use a Seeley or Rickman chassis kit and you don't have that much money) but are easy to make into presentable, classic choppers which look much better than that esthetically confused thing in pic related.
If you aren't a mechanic and don't expect to become one, just sell it and buy a stock Harley Sportster instead.
Now go do your (considerable) homework.

The bike in your pic isn't a CB750, it just has the engine from one.
If you have to ask, it's more than you can afford.

It started life as one but got chopped to the point you can no longer recognise it.
