Are my demands too steep? I could settle for something with more miles on it, it is a cummins after all. But still, I'm losing hope I'll ever own my dream vehicle.

I dont know how common low mileage cars are in the us but finding a pre 2000 car with under 100000 is kinda hard here in yuroland in my experience
You can't buy second hand what no one bought first hand.

This is a bro truck you must pay bro truck tax. There are around 10 trucks fitting this description on my local Craigslist. Price range is 18k-25k. how much u looking to spend?

Was thinking something around 25k(CAD, 20K USD) but am willing to go higher depending on ease of acquiring.
Would probably put it on 35s with a lift after.
All together I'd try to keep everything under 30k

250/2500 is always SRW, 350/3500 is either SRW or DRW
Dont get a stock vehicle, get a modded one with the entire service history, and then change it up from there
also, look at other cars that have higher performance, and see what you can put from that onto your new shitbox Ram.
