Why can't Germans make cars that last past warranty without any problems?
I don't know what you have, but my german car has done 12 years and 220t km without any problems at all (despite a tiny exhaust problem). Opel/Vauxhall are where it's at.
The E9X series of BMW are fine aswell.
But yeah, VW is utter shit. I don't know a single person who has been spared from problems.

>what is Porsche
Avoid E46 unless you like tearing subframe mount points and shitty cooling system parts.
>includes Porsche
>probably the only german to compete with Lexus reliability
>>17696923
MB will be getting there soon.
Porsche, MB, BMW all are decently reliable.
I myself own a 520.000km 2004 e60 and my buddy owns a 940.000km e46 (original engine)

>bong data
>VW is in top 10

European cars might not be quite as reliable as Japanese ones, but they're a damn sight better than American cars.

There in the Top Ten for electrical failure but rank 30th for engine failure.

I see
5. Toyota
8. Lexus
They are known as for electrical failure, right?

No, Daihatsu is at the top with almost no failures and are ranked "good".
Toyota and Lexus are also ranked "good". not only do the percentage of failures matter but the severity of them. Porsche fails more towards the "poor" part. but have a lower percentage than Audi.

I see VW is on top 10 and ranked "good" too.
That charts are contradicting itself. I mean Audi and Porsche are last while VW is top.
I can;t trust Bong data. sorry.

>I see VW is on top 10 and ranked "good" too.
Ranked less good then Toyota or Lexus? whats hard to understand?
>That charts are contradicting itself.
how?
>I mean A luxury brand that uses more exotic and more expensive parts that are more fragile are last while a shitbox brand is top
makes sense to me.
>I can;t trust Bong data. sorry.
You'd rather trust a data system that ranks trouble with infotainment systems the same as engine failures?
It's a feature.
Nobody needs their car to last more than 5 years anyway.
>mommy why am I retarded?
