What does /o/ think is the best auto service location? since we all know you don't service your own cars
I used to go to a private shop, he was great. He's retiring in a few weeks, so I'll be doing 90% of my stuff myself now.
Oil changes aren't very hard, just time consuming because of my vehicle. But it's easy to work on, so I'm not worried about bigger stuff like transmission services.
For anything really technical/difficult that I can't do myself, I'll take it to a Toyota dealership.
Certainly not any of the "quick lube" places, holy shit. You'll come out with more problems than when you went in.
