it could be anything by your description, it could be coolant it could be the heating system or the a/c system or it could just be gathering rain water

get a schematic of your HVAC box and find out where your drain is. Locate it on your car and run your AC for a while and confirm that your AC is draining externally properly.

I've had cars where the hose gets moved while service is being performed (transmission out) and it was left kind of kinked when transmission when back in. Car came back in a few days with wet passenger floor and inop a/c blower motor, because it was SOAKED in water.

judging by how high it is, it might even be a cowl drain, for water that gathers behind the wipers and shit like that.

they usually have a little flap on the end of the hose, give it a poke around and see if its filled up with sediment or whatever the hell flowerpots are made of. You could always try pouring fixed amounts of water and seeing if you can recreate the leak and hope its just water that's been pooling from rain or washing your car.
