Why did the Kubelwagen not catch on as much as the Jeep did after ww2 and why did Volkswagen stop producing any good small 4x4s since the war.

image and marketing.
>why did Volkswagen stop producing any good small 4x4s since the war.

>inb4 not 4x4

Because the people who victoriously returned home and wanted to buy a little memory of the war weren't German.

>why did Volkswagen stop producing any good small 4x4s since the war
americucks didn't get any but they didn't stop

>Why did the Kubelwagen not catch on as much as the Jeep did after ww2
not 4wd, jeep had better marketing, volkswagen focused on mass production of DDs not niche off-roading/farm equipment purposes
>and why did Volkswagen stop producing any good small 4x4s since the war?
they only made limited amounts of 4x4s during the war, normal 2wd kubelwagens were good enough and way cheaper to make

>Why did the Kubelwagen not catch on as much as the Jeep did after ww2
They didn't produce kubelwagens after the war. They only made 50k of them.
