also while you are there MAKE SURE THERE ARENT ANY DEBTS OWED TOWARDS THE CAR, which you can do by asking the department of transport (or the equvilent of your country)

second, bring a mechanic with you to inspect the car and make sure its roadworthy so you wont buy a lemon. if you cant find a mechanic, get one.

third, if you are getting a car from a dealership, check any fine prints within the warranty

They seem to have some sort of metric that they follow to set their prices to be competitive with most dealerships, even if that sets them above what a standard dealership would ask. Another thing to look for is that they try to cater to the market in a given area so if you're looking for a specific thing you may need to look at another stores inventory.
