Recently got a new car, has a full tank of gas, should this indicator still be showing up on the dashboard?

that doesnt seem right to me but maybe it changes to red or something when youre low.
wait, is the car actually on or do you just have the key in the on/start position?

Isn't that on the little screen? I think it being next to the 263km means that's how much range it estimates you have left. Are you able to press like a little trip or info button to scroll through the screen? If you don't have a real gas gauge then it should have one on the screen.

this makes the most sense

Thanks for the responses guys. I just checked an earlier photo that I took when I first got in - before filling the tank- and the number was much lower. So it must just be an estimate like you suggested.
You guys know what an owners manual is, right? They're designed to help with mysteries like this.

manuals dont usually go into detail about the digital information displays.

mine does. sorry youre illiterate

Just want you to know, you're a retard for not figuring this out on your own.
