I want to customize this rear taillight on my 2016 Dodge Charger. It is dark grey with the blacktop package, which means black on black on black. Any creative ideas other than tinting it? I was thinking maybe get it painted but put some kind of shapes on it beforehand, so that those shapes are red after the painting.....

It helps you not get rear ended at night. Nothing wrong with a little contrast to help define shapes on a car.

Tail lights legally HAVE to be red. You cannot change this, if you do anyway you will be pulled over the same day.

I drive a dart with the same tail light assembly. You can tell by the way it curves around the corners. It is very clearly a dart.
